This class is a fusion of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga synchronising breath with movement. A warm up with vinyasa and health elements is followed with the use of Vinyasa Surya Namaskar to bring us into the postures where we pause to feel and get the integrity of the posture. You will explore postures and sequences that build strength and flexibility helping to encourage balance and challenge both the mind and the body.
