Service Description

Asana 60 is aimed at all levels. It is a set series of foundation asanas that allows beginners to build their confidence and regulars to mature their own practice. The class is a little cooler than the rest of the classes on the timetable allowing yogis to deepen their breath, to hold the postures and to focus the mind. But don't worry there will still be a great opportunity to build heat and strength!
