Service Description
This is our unique and signature class , designed by our multi trained teachers to embody both the spiritual and physical essence of our community at Hot Buddha . The sequence is designed to support you to travel deeper into the practice of yoga through the journey across the 8 pillars, each posture leading to the next with the ability to progress further within . If you love an all-over deep stretch and a great sweat, then this class will suit you! Suitable for all levels, particularly beginners.

Cancellation Policy
To help keep our classes accessible for everyone, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class. Cancellations made within 12 hours will incur a £9 late cancellation fee. If you need to cancel, please do so via the website booking page or by contacting us directly by email or phone before the 12-hour window. Please note that cancellations via social media are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
