Service Description

YIN yoga is long-held relaxed floor postures to stretch and stimulate the connective tissues of the body, this meditative practise stimulates the energy channels known as nadis or meridians opens joints and massages connective tissues enhancing the bodies natural healing process. YANG yoga is a flowing sequence of poses that build energy, flexibility and strength. Warms the body inside and out to create a glowing feeling. These two styles work well together one relaxing and deeply rejuvenating, the other dynamic and fluid balancing-lunar and solar energy, while exploring stillness and movement.
